Quality Certificate ISO 9001:2008 in Lakatamia Municipality

With quality as a key driver of growth and improvement, the City of Lakatamia has designed and successfully implemented a Quality Management System in the activities of the Technical Services, the Administrative Services, the Financial Services, Sanitary Services, Water Supply Services, Cultural Services and Green Services.

After the system was evaluated by the Cyprus Certification Company, it was certified with the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate

The ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard that specifies requirements for quality management, and aims to establish an effective system of organization, administration and operation.

An ultimate objective of the City is through the implementation of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008, to achieve better internal organization, improve efficiency and productivity of its staff, and achieving and maintaining the quality of its services, in order to fully and continuously meet the upgraded requirements of its citizens.
